South Mountain Rabbitry is located in west-central Maryland, not far from Harper's Ferry, West Virginia and the Potomac River. Located on the west shoulder of historic South Mountain and overlooking the Blue Ridge and the Potomac Valley, it's a rural area with many farms and wide-open spaces.
South Mountain Rabbitry is an historic 1840 farm with acres of land, an original barn and excellent, pure water and air.
We're easy to get to from Baltimore, Washington, DC, and northern Virginia, and are within a half-day's drive of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Richmond.
