Samantha (ear tag SMA02) is a very formal wabbit. When she doesn't like something, she will try to dig her way out of it, or will occasionally nibble you to try to move your hand, arm or whatever else is in the way. Her head is massive, like her father's, and so she was named for him. When happy, she clacks her teeth loudly.
Samantha was Best In Class at the spring 2009 Baltimore/Howard County Rabbit Club open show, judged by Owen Yates! Then, in June, she won Best of Breed at both shows at Bucks County, and had other wins in the fall of 2009.
Her first litter didn't make it, but she is due again soon and the waiting list for her kits is already growing. |
